Description
Dongting Bi Luo Chun, cultivated in the Dongting Mountains on the shores of Lake Tai in Jiangsu Province, China, has been a premium green tea since ancient times. With a history stretching back over a thousand years, it was originally known as "Dongting Tea" and by the Kangxi period of the Qing dynasty, it had become a royal tribute tea.
Biluochun is renowned for its "three freshness": fresh aroma, fresh taste, and vibrant color. Our selection is meticulously picked from one bud and one leaf, and it is tightly curled, and in a lush green hue with prominent white fuzz. Upon brewing, these leaves elegantly unfurl and swirl in the water. This tea is characterized by its clear, bright green tea liquor, a delicately fresh and elegant aroma, and a sweet, lingering aftertaste that truly enhances its charm.

Kung Fu Tea:
Due to the delicate nature of Dongting Bi Luo Chun leaves, it is recommended to use top-drop brewing method, and brew with water at 80-85°C to prevent damage to the tea components and to avoid bitterness. Start by pouring hot water into the cup, then add the tea. A typical ratio is 1:50, approximately 3g of tea per 150ml of water. Do not cover the pot during brewing; after about 1 minute, the tea is ready to drink. Subsequent infusions can extend the steeping time based on the flavor of the tea, with up to three recommended brews.
